Return and Exchange Policies
GGSAUTHENTIC wants you to be completely satisfied when you shop with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price within 14 days. See exemptions below.
If your original purchase was made with a bank credit or debit card, a refund will be issued to that card.
If you want to return an item please contact us at hello@ggsauthentic.com and we will provide return information.
We advise sending return items using a trackable service. The cost of return postage is your responsibility unless the item purchased was faulty.
Once received, please allow 7-10 working days for refunds to be processed.
*Note this time can be longer in certain busy periods, but refunds will always be processed within 30 days.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can promptly evaluate the issue and take corrective action.
Exceptions / Non-refundable Items
Unfortunately, used items cannot be returned. We only accept returns on items that are unused.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have purchased, and place a new order once we have accepted your return.
Returns, exchanges or replacement of products are subject to availability of such products at the time of request.
