Hot Wings with Boozy Blu Sauce

Ingredients

800g chicken wings (tips removed, split into flats and drumettes)

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp butter, melted

Spring onion, sliced, to garnish
Method

Preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C fan).

Pat the wings dry with kitchen paper, then toss in a bowl with the oil, salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

Spread the wings out on a wire rack over a lined baking tray, skin-side up.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning once halfway, until golden and crisp.

While the wings cook, warm the GG's Authentic Boozy Blu sauce gently in a small pan with the melted butter, stirring to combine.

Once the wings are done, toss them in a large bowl with the warm Boozy Blu sauce until fully coated.

Scatter with sliced spring onion and serve immediately.
